As temperatures drop and winter rolls around, we’ve started to crave foods that’ll keep us warm. What’s better than comforting noodles in rich, delicious broth? Lucky for us, our friends at Silverlake Ramen have perfected their recipes for tonkotsu, shoyu, vegetarian, and even no broth ramen. Read all about our three favorite ramens below.

The Classic – Tonkatsu

Creamy pork broth, bean sprouts, spinach, seaweed, black garlic oil, egg, with your choice of protein

The Shoyu

Clear chicken broth with shoyu, bamboo shoots, spinach, green onion, seaweed, egg, and your choice of protein

The Veggie – Vegetarian

Vegetable broth with miso base, bean sprouts, corn, muschroom, tofu, broccolini, baby greens, kale, red cabbage, and avocado

Silverlake Ramen is open from Sunday-Thursday, from 11 am – 9pm, and Friday-Saturday, from 11 am – 10pm. Currently, Silverlake Ramen offers curbside pick-up, to-go, and delivery options—making it easy to enjoy your ramen and stay cozy at the same time.
