At BE Fit you can expect a 45 minute high intensity but low impact workout that incorporates, Pilates, Cardio & Strength training. The Xformer provides a unique workout that activates slow twitch muscle fibers. Working through the movements at a slower pace, is HARDER! It causes our muscles to slow-twitch, creating a high fat burning workout, creating leaner muscle development.
