They go on to say that spending time outdoors also improves wellness; though they advise always wearing sunscreen to protect your skin from UV rays.

The CDC claims that exercise can improve sleep patterns while reducing the risk of depression and anxiety.  With all of this in mind, now is the perfect time to take advantage of all LBX has to offer aspiring fitness gurus!
