Hi, LBX’plorers! Today’s Virtual Kids Club will have you and your friends swimming with excitement. This week’s book pick is Goldfish on Vacation, written by New York Times bestselling children’s author Sally Lloyd-Jones and illustrated by Leo Espinosa.

The “tail” follows three siblings (H, Little O, and Baby M) and their pet goldfish (Barracuda, Patch, and Fiss) as they enjoy their summertime in New York City. Based on the true story of when Hamilton Fountain was used as a goldfish pond, this story will delight readers young and old. If you’d like to follow along at home, purchase a copy of the book here

After our story, make this week’s featured craft- colorful paper plate fishbowls! You’ll find the list of needed materials below.
