Luckily, our friends at Barre Attitude are offering mini classes via Instagram so you can work and workout from home.  Featuring exercises that target all muscle groups, these quick yet intense sessions will prepare you for the next time you can visit the studio in-person.  Check out some of the most effective moves from the workouts below!  

For Abs

Reverse Crunches are a great way to work the lower abdominal muscles without straining your neck.  
Tip: For additional back support, place your hands under your glutes.  

For Arms

Tricep Dips help to strength and tone your arms.  
Tip: To avoid hyperextension, keep a slight bend in your elbows while performing this exercise.  

For Glutes

Chair Squats focus on your quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes! 
Tip: For best results, stand with your feet hip-width apart and keep your body weight in your heels.
